QA Philosophy Across the Business will Support all Aspects of the Business

Most important thing in establishing quality culture is for the support of top management. Management must say "That quality is most important component over production quantity", the quality culture starts from this point. Quality then spreads to other managers, supervisors and finally operators. At the same time, it should be supported with SOPs, trainings, process and product audits. The other important thing is awareness.
