1945, Victory in Europe Day, Barbra is a young woman who did her bit alongside her husband Ian during the Second World War, they both decide to go out and celebrate, but Ian has reservations about the future. Jump to 2020 and Barbra gets a video call from her family who reflect on the importance of this day.
