We had a thought provoking conversation with Lorena Gallo, a political scientist from Colombia with a deep commitment to the cocoa industry and social impact. She is currently pursuing a MSc Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Lorena has worked across government, private companies, and NGOs, leading initiatives in Colombia's Amazon region to replace illicit crops with cocoa and enhance rural livelihoods. She is gearing up to launch her own chocolate company in Colombia, combining her love for cocoa with her vision for positive change.
