Traditionally it’s been grip, stance, posture & alignment but iv come to find that just doesn’t cut it for anyone. Those things are helpful yes, but it’s not going to make you do what you want to do, which is strike the ball pure quickly! I’ll share with you the REAL fundamental right here!
