Welcome to episode 299 of the Löw Tide Böyz - A Swimrun Podcast! It's rock flute intro time which can only mean that we have another race report for everyone this week. Fresh off this past weekend's Swimrun Cape Cod, Chris and his partner for the race Emily St. Germain, A.K.A., Team No Tide Donuts, talk about all the sights and sounds of what was an epic day for this point-to-point race in beautiful Cape Cod. As most fans of the show know, this is the third attempt of this race after the first two editions were cancelled at the last minute due to freak acts of nature. Third time was definitely the charm!
