"How to heal ourselves?" A question that has left me stumped and made me realize there is not one specific way to answer it. Our paths are all quite different. But at the same time, everyone has the same end goal, to be at peace. Maybe that means to not be triggered by the things we cannot control. It could also mean to accept, to be compassionate with yourself, or to feel a little bit lighter. Now there may not be one specific answer but what I have learnt is that growing, accepting, challenging, understanding, aligning and HEALING become a tad more attainable when we lead with LOVE.

why you’re not for everyone—and that’s okay: embracing your light and letting go of being ‘too much'

welcome back to loving life with court! today’s episode is a powerful reminder for anyone who’s ever been told they’re “too much.” too loud, too sensitive, too passionate, too bright. the truth is—you’re not too much, you’re just not for everyone. and that’s okay. 🌟

we’re talking about what it means to keep shining even when others try to dim your light. whether it’s from jealousy, fear, or misunderstanding, sometimes people project their own discomfort onto your confidence, your joy, your presence. but their reaction is not your responsibility.

if you’ve ever felt like shrinking to make others comfortable or second-guessed your brilliance, this episode is for you. it’s time to take up space, own your truth, and keep glowing anyway.

🌼 in this episode, we’ll explore: ✔️ why you’re not “too much”—you’re just deeply in tune with yourself

✔️ how to protect your energy without dimming your light

✔️ the importance of surrounding yourself with people who get it

✔️ how to stay rooted in your power and self-expression

you were made to shine. don’t let anyone make you feel otherwise. ✨
