Happy New Year and Blessings to everyone! I’m making a contract from me to me in regards to my self care love. I will give you an example of my self-care love contract so that you can create your own self-care love contract.

I, Renee Verchelle Shorter, agree to the following terms:

• FORGIVE myself.
• Be kind and loving to myself.
• Put aside valuable time to care for my holistic being.
• Love myself every day.
• Embrace my flaws and inperfections.
• Stop putting myself down.
• I am GOD’s Princess.
• Focus on the positive affirmations.
• Remember that I am wonderfully, and fashionably made.
• I AM MORE THAN ENOUGH!
• FORGIVE myself.
• Be gentle to myself when I make mistakes.
• Get up in the morning with a powerful affirmation on my heart (GOD First) (example: I AM BEAUTIFUL)!
• Remember that I’m UNIQUE.
• Believe that I’m an AMAZING Human being!

This contract is open to adjustments and additions as life brings. I will adhere, and tell myself that I am more than ENOUGH for me!
