Some episodes will dive deep into the most effective manifestation techniques I’ve used to manifest some really cool things into my reality. If you’re part of my YouTube community you’ll already know that I’ve written scripting letters where everything I wrote down came true, put things on my vision boards that have become my reality, and I’ve visualised some really specific stuff that shocked me when I walked into that vision one day. I’ve come to learn that there’s a method behind this manifestation madness, and I’ll be sharing it with you right here.

And for my wellness besties, some episodes of this podcast will revolve around self care, wellness, mental health, gut health, immune health & how these things are connected to everything that we do. I’ll be sharing things I’ve learned from having partnered with the number one nutrition brand in the world for almost a decade.
