Serial Entrepreneur, Richard Anthony, details how investing in real estate lead him to quit his job on Wall Street and travel the world, all while creating other streams of income. With a degree in Business and a graduate of Florida A&M University, Richard accepted a job on Wall Street and moved to New York City. Faced with New York’s high prices in rent, Anthony decided to spend the next two years living in his families unfinished attic to save money. Using his signing bonus from JP Morgan and the money he saved living with family, Richard bought multiple rental properties during his stay in New York, ultimately enabling him to retire from Wall Street after just two years. After a brief travel stint, Richard has managed to expand his real estate company in different cities while also creating other business ventures in multiple industries.
