Lianna has been reading nutrition and diet books for 23 years and Dr Federica Amati's most recent book, Every Body Should Know This, is one of her favorites. Lianna was so excited to chat with Dr Fede about how her childhood in Italy formed her relationship with food, the importance of our first 1,000 days (conception through 2nd birthday) including both the paternal and maternal nutrition, how perimenopause/menopause is a full physiological and metabolic change in our bodies, and how beneficial the Mediterranean diet is to 90% of people. Especially extra virgin olive oil (one of Lianna's favorites).
