
Meet Chef Omar's mentor, Chris Tripoli. Chris has over 40 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He moved to Houston, Texas, where he assisted in the rapid expansion of a casual family restaurant chain. Later, he founded his first restaurant company and expanded it into a small chain. Chris has developed award winning restaurants and provided assistance on a variety of airport, convention center, parks, theaters, and retail center projects. He consults on concept development, operations, and growth related matters with a variety of independent operators, franchisors and franchisees.
Chris contributes to RestaurantOwner.com and writes for "Restaurant Start-up & Growth Magazine". Chris recently joined "The Restaurant Clinic" a group of successful restaurant executives providing leadership coaching to todays restaurant owner operators. He continues to host the podcast “Corner Booth”, candid conversations with todays restaurant entrepreneurs.
