She helps individuals make (seemingly) radical lifestyle changes that improve their overall health and empower them to trust their intuition so they can remove the booze, break the loop of self-sabotage, create healthy habits and start living a life they love. Courtney is certified in Holistic Health and Addictive Behavior Coaching. She has been sober since June of 2019.
