Psalm 77 is a raw and honest chapter—Asaph shares his feelings of distress and even wonders if God is still there. I relate to him a lot.
When I feel anxious, it can seem like it’s just me and my thoughts going back and forth. But taking time to remember how God has been faithful in the past helps me feel grounded. It’s often the first step in letting go of the thoughts that try to hold us back.
