"When I served in the Australian Special Forces, we’d target our enemies' sleep. We knew that if you could take out the enemies' sleep for 3 days, it would mess them up better than a bullet. My service finished in 2010, but since then I know it can be pretty lonely when you wake up at 3 am and your head has racing thoughts. I lost 6 years of my life to pills when I told the Doctor that I couldn't sleep. No one told me the cost of taking these pills and just how hard it is to get off of them!? I didn't know that simple breathwork techniques could kick out those racing thoughts. It's my life mission now to connect people back to one of their most powerful tools,, their breath. I've made this journey easy for others by creating some easy-to-access online resources.
