Mental Health & Dating in African Culture

Dating someone who struggles with their mental health issues may be challenging, but it is possible to construct a healthy relationship with a solid effort and the proper boundaries. Learn from our fave Ugandan creative writer @moodysilverlining and poet @lusthepoet about how online dating affects mental health and behavior. In this episode, we get a better understanding of how it influences body image, self-confidence, and hookup culture and how music, poetry, spoken word, and other art forms provide the healing energies to navigate these convoluted spaces.
