In this episode we explore what the three realms are and how they relate to our daily life. This episode is the fourth of our four part series on Ichinen Sanzen. By multiplying the ten worlds, mutual possession of the ten worlds, the ten factors and the three realms, we get three thousand realms in a single life moment (Ichinen Sanzen), which is a fundamental concept that encapsulates all aspects of life and shows us that we can move between them and choose Buddhahood.
