The music business is no joke: I'm sure every industry has its pros and cons but after 5 years in the music world both on the business and the creative side, I decided to write down a list of the 10 things people who want to get into this industry seem to forget a little too often. 

If you already are working in music, these things may sound as "common knowledge" but I promise you that coming from the outside, these are not so obvious. I am also tired of treating this world as a taboo where only the surface is talked about. Let's go behind the scenes, let's talk about what goes on behind the flashing lights and red carpets. It's a tough world and definitely not for the soft hearted!
