This is always one of my most frequently requested topics and "I thought you were American" is probably one of the most common phrases in my comment section. I am aware I don't sound Italian when I speak English and my year as an exchange student in North Carolina (USA) is one of the reasons why.
I tried to cover all areas of my experience: from the application process to being accepted in the program to leaving my friends and family behind all the way to what I experienced once I came back home.
If you have any questions regarding being an exchange student (maybe you are thinking about becoming one!!!), don't hesitate to DM on Instagram and I'll be glad to answer all your questions.
