In this episode Graeme and solicitor Jeff Johnson discuss the situation where the crown only has circumstantial evidence; followed by a discussion of the evidence available to the Crown, as it currently stands, and as is currently known, at any future retrial should an Appeal be made and successful at the Court of Appeal.
