Building a successful business is tough. Most people take many years and several attempts before they manage to get a business off the ground. Now imagine launching yours at the age of 17, scaling it to six figures, then attracting the attention of a famous billionaire like Lord Alan Sugar all before you turn 19. That’s exactly what Amani did!

On this week’s episode I sit down with the wonderful Amani Zubair, who is the founder of jewellery brand Tresor and also happens to be Alan Sugar’s youngest ever business partner. Being a young and successful entrepreneur is easy to glamourise but we discussed all the sacrifices, challenges and isolating experiences that a young, successful woman has to endure.
