They then shift into one of their most favorite discussions so far - the interesting topic of couples using google or ChatGPT for marriage advice.  We all use google searches multiple times/week, and more and more of us appreciate ChatGPTs ability to give us tons of information in seconds, at the snap of a finger!  However, Brian and Jamie warn of using it for marriage advice, and how it can totally miss the root causes that underly the issues that you're asking about.  They talk about not only the need for good, specific prompts, but the value that they provide as marriage coaches, knowing the right questions to ask to get to the heart of the matter, as well as the individual, personal attention that can help couples explore areas that they never knew needed exploring.
