In today's episode, Brian and Jamie discuss their recent internet and phone outage, and how INCONVENIENCE it was for their lives, from business to entertainment, and how it forced them to rethink their day.  Brian talks about how it exposed him for the true addict he is, and how reliant he is on his phone as a go-to for boredom, or isolation.  Jamie talks about the up-side to being forced to surrender things out of your control, and to make "better" choices in those moments regarding how to spend your time.  Life's distractions and detours can be wise teachers if we let them!  Listen with curiosity today about your own need to be connected to and through technology, and see if you might need to intentionally and voluntarily unplug a bit more often.
