In this episode, we are speaking with Sophie, formerly a teacher and now follows her passions growing flowers from seed at @floraldaysintheshires and sowsandgrows.co.uk. Sarah is a massive fan of her Instagram account, and is thrilled that she could join us on the podcast. Sophie caught Covid in the first wave and went on to develop fatigue and POTS. She was unfortunately bedridden for around a year. Whilst Sophie has not yet fully recovered, she has got to a really good place with her healing journey and with good pacing - which we discuss in detail - she is able to run her business and live an active life.
