Aline Smithson

Welcome to the Local Analog Podcast. I’m your host, Andrew Welch, and today we’re speaking with Aline Smithson. She is a mother, photographer, educator, and she runs the Lens Scratch website. I’m not gonna lie, this interview was therapeutic on many levels for me.  Aline is a deep well of knowledge and wisdom and has been speaking with young photographers for decades, as a juror surveying bodies of work, galleries, and even creating her own amazing work. I am lucky to have gotten an audience with her for a little while. Thanks for tuning in.
