
It's International Self-care Day today and I'm excited to practice pausing together. I have busy days where a lot is expected of me from wake-up, to bed time. I've found that taking mini-breaks is the most effective way for me to stay positive, focused and connected to myself. Enjoy this short pause and plan times throughout your day for more 5-minute pauses.
