Ep. #4 of "Livskraft i Sundhedsvæsenet" (Mind Enters Healthcare) "Your body knows how to heal" Interview with holistic nurse, Teresa Walding. In this episode we talk about innate health from the nurses perscpective. We connect the "Innate Health Paradigm" to the wisdom of Florence Nightingale: The knowledge of a nurse, is knowledge that everyone ought to have. It is the knowledge of how to put a body into a state of wellbeing" (Notes on Nursing, 1859) One of the golden points that got very clear here is this: The knowledge of how to put a body into a state of wellbeing is knowledge that the body already has. We talk about each our own experience of having our bodies and minds healed by accident. There is a logic to it: we can now finally explain how psychology and health are inseperable. (Quoting Lyn Mc Cright) Nothing happens in the body without a thought. If you are having health issues, and you are open to change, please don't hesitate to reach out to our team of innate health nurse coaches.
