Welcome back to another season of Living Well While Living... we are dropping the “Online” this season! This podcast will dive deep into conversations with guests who spill the tea on how they try to thrive. This podcast is for anyone looking to integrate more self care into their lives; for those who hate self care and are not good at it; for those who are doing the work and trying their best; and finally, it's for those who have a pretty good routine going and want to continue learning from more suggestions when it comes to living your best life.
Truthfully, we all might find ourselves in any of the above headspaces at any time, so let’s connect and share. Our guests this season span the globe. They represent a variety of ages and are out in the world doing amazing things as they manage their own well-being. I am really looking forward to sharing each special guest with you and hoping you make a connection to something over the season that helps you to be more you. And as always, I am hoping you continue your journey on learning how to be your own best friend.

Walking the Walk and Talking the Talk with Shelana Poindexter
In this week’s episode I am happy to introduce you to Shelana Poindexter, Talent Acquisition Manager, Spinning® Instructor and life-long learner! Shelana just completed her 2nd master's degree in the Netherlands where she now works and lives. She shares her love of cycling, working with others (especially students!) and traveling! She has a huge passion for cultures and all things travel which has led her to her current new home. Living in Amsterdam has brought Shelana a sense of peace and encouraged her to slow down (that and a good old cycling accident!) which are enabling her to self-care in a new and different way.
