Welcome back to another season of Living Well While Living... we are dropping the “Online” this season! This podcast will dive deep into conversations with guests who spill the tea on how they try to thrive. This podcast is for anyone looking to integrate more self care into their lives; for those who hate self care and are not good at it; for those who are doing the work and trying their best; and finally, it's for those who have a pretty good routine going and want to continue learning from more suggestions when it comes to living your best life. Truthfully, we all might find ourselves in any of the above headspaces at any time, so let’s connect and share. Our guests this season span the globe. They represent a variety of ages and are out in the world doing amazing things as they manage their own well-being. I am really looking forward to sharing each special guest with you and hoping you make a connection to something over the season that helps you to be more you. And as always, I am hoping you continue your journey on learning how to be your own best friend.   Follow me, Tami Reilly, on Instagram: @tamifit | @qupodcasts This podcast is a production of the Quinnipiac University Podcast Studio. Producer is Justin Moravsky. Executive producer is David DesRoches, director of community programming.
