Being a mother is an amazingly wonderful calling on our lives. It is also very hard work. We can feel the pressure to be that “perfect” mom or have our “performance/what we do” and the desired outcome of our efforts be what drives us. When that happens, our hope is not in God. God has called us to live by grace and leave the outcome of mothering to Him.
