Hey Friends, I'm Ashlee Williams, a girl living her best life with Attention Deficit Disorder. Having ADD and understanding it are two very different things. I began researching and really understanding this disorder and how my brain is wired. Long story short, it has guided me to starting this podcast so I can share my life experiences and all the tools that I have found along the way. Mental Health disorders can often be debilitating to many people and often times we find ourselves hiding our emotions or pushing them down. Get comfy and lets talk about how we can learn and grow together!

If you listened to episode 1, you are aware that it was a very emotional introduction to my podcast. Thankfully I pushed through my emotions, recorded, and published it without running away from this journey in fear. I recorded my reflections and had originally planned to include that in the beginning of episode 2, but realized it would be better to publish it independent from Episode 2. I am very grateful to all who have listened to this podcast and I'm really excited for this journey and the virtual fellowship 💕
