Low Carb Diet *unicorn meal*
thanks to Jeremy for cooking up this tasting taco, too good to believe its low carb, you can fit this into your macros with ease, call in if you have given this a shot recipe below Yes sir Ingredients - 1 pork tenderloin - low carb tortillas - Napa cabbage - red cabbage - watercress - mayo - garlic - poblano - cilantro - carrots - jalapeños - turmeric - white pepper - salt - cumin - thyme Recipe - get a large sauté pan - add oil and turn your pan in medium high heat - seasoned your pork tenderloin with three teaspoons of kosher salt, three teaspoons of pepper, and two teaspoons of cumin and turmeric. - massage the seasoning into meat - once applied sear the tenderloin on both sides for 5 minutes and add low fat butter with thyme and slowly cover the butter and thyme over the tenderloin. Afterwards put in the oven for at 425 for 25 minutes. Poblano aioli - three tablespoons of mayo with 1 teaspoon of garlic and a dash of salt and white pepper - once aioli and pork tenderloin is finished create your taco with with all the fixing and wrap your tortillas and enjoy - you can you also sear your tortillas for extra flavor
