In this new episode Jared introduces us to Laura Shaw, a mindfulness based therapist and trainer from Golden, BC in Canada. Together they discuss what is mindfulness, how it fits with Awakening, and how this combination of mindfulness and self-inquiry is a powerful combination. Jared and Laura will be teaching an online course together called Mindfulness and Beyond in early 2020, and use this opportunity to introduce the fundamentals of the course, how it came to fruition and why they are both so excited about it.
