
A lot of us have acquired some challenging behaviors and cognitions from our childhood and adolescent years, perhaps even our adult years that bring on the feeling of suffering going through our everyday lives wether that is suffering in our own heads with anxiety and self perceptions or limiting thoughts, or in our romantic relationships, or so many other ways that suffering can show up. In this video we will talk about the ecosystems that affect us and how they shape our life experience and how we can change it and go from surviving to thriving and from suffering to acceptance and then joy and happiness and gratitude for life.
