
Every predominant emotion we are surrounded with on the daily, really does define our life view and therefore how we experience life. To live in harmony means to predominately be in a state of acceptance. Accepting what is rather than judging it, ruminating about it, being consumed about it, feeling hurt by it, anger by it, etc is the way to do that. What does acceptance of what is really mean? It means not giving it any other meaning than the actual fact that it is. It is when we start to give things meaning that the ruminating, and worrying and anger, hurt etc comes from. We give meaning to things out of our wounds.
