League of Wildness, We're back with a solo-cast from @wilddanvinson.  I've been getting into a really solid system combining Rucking + Running in addition to more classic strength and conditioning workouts. I added it up and on average - I'm doing 3.28 "workouts" every day. Keep in mind - this is the combination of Yoga/Mobility, classic workouts, Rucking, Running, and good old fashioned static-stretching.  Some days I'll "workout" for 2+ hours and other days I'll be at 30-40 minutes. What's important to recognize is that I do something everyday - every rep counts. I also dive into a more nuanced protocol known as "Interval Weight Training". I've been getting into these workouts the past few weeks and they are no joke. They're not something you'd necessarily do year-round, but can be used in 4-6 weeks blocks if you want to crank up the intensity. I encourage you to try the concept out for yourself.
