Shadow Work… the practice of shining the light of awareness on the darker recesses of our psyche. A place where our subconscious patterns hide and guide our reactions from behind the scenes.
After about 5 weeks away from anything social, Heath shares a few things about the shadows that he recently was made aware of and had to overcome. The time away from everything, especially the show was a deafening silence, but a necessary one to overcome a few things that were holding him back.
