Malini Adapureddy, the founder and CEO of the skincare brand Deconstruct, is one of such rare people who choose to build something from scratch. Coming from an engineering background, she wanted to create a skincare brand where information and trnsperancy is prioritized over ambiguous marketing terms. Her science-backed Deconstruct sets itself apart by giving the community the choice to make an informed decision.
