📢Self-Care Tips for Spiritual Wellness

Mental Wellness:

1. Your spiritual life guides your mental health.

2. Tapping into your spirituality can provide clarity in many areas of your life.

3.Everyone's spirituality doesn't look the same. Find out what is for you by researching yourself.

Physical Wellness:

1. People may find spirituality through physical activities such as dance, music, art, or a connection with nature.

2. Positive beliefs, gained from religion, meditation, and prayer can contribute to your physical well being.

3. Set aside time every day to do the things that help you spiritually (volunteer work, reading inspirational books, taking nature walks, having quiet time for thinking, or attending religious service).

Spiritual Wellness:

1. Acknowledge and understand that their something greater than yourself

2. Send a positive message verbally from your heart to the stars

3. Always show grace, gratitude, and appreciation in everything you say & do
