📢Self-Care Tips for Physical Hygiene for Your Wellness

Mental Wellness:

1. Dress how you want to be approached.

2. Research products to find out what works for your skin and body type. Stop relying on others to tell you what works for you.

3. Seek professional help for hygienic issues that are beyond your scope of knowledge.

Physical Wellness:

1. Bathe: Cleaning your body washes away dead skin cells and dirt and helps fight the spread of disease.

2. Wash Your Hands Frequently: Washing your hands is one of the most effective ways to reduce the spread of disease.

3. Brush Your Teeth Twice a Day: Make sure you are brushing your teeth twice a day, once in the morning and once at night, to maintain good oral hygiene along with regular dental checkups.

Spiritual Wellness:

1. Fast. Purge your body of the foods & beverages that are toxic to your overall health.

2. Spiritual Pampering. Allow yourself to partake in luxury self-care activities such as spiritual massages.

3. Spiritual Space. Give yourself ample time to connect and get comfortable with yourself.
