📢Self-Care Tips for Let’s Get Physical, Ways to Move Your Body
Mental Wellness:
1. Just move! Dance, walk or shake.
2. Find a group that does weekly activities.
3. Hang with friends with young active children.
Physical wellness:
1. Make it fun! Pick activities you like the most.
2. Break it up. Do mini exercise practices throughout the day...5 minutes here, 15 minutes there until you've completed at least 30 minutes for the day.
3. Make it convenient. Setup a gym in the house, find videos to watch, or get a membership in the vicinity of where you live.
Spiritual Wellness:
1. Listen to inspirational music.
2. Listen to inspirational podcast.
3. Get out and traveling.
