1. Create a spiritual dwelling within by creating space mentality to connect.
2. Research spiritual practices that align with your beliefs.
3. Seeking wholeness, will align you with holiness.
Physical Wellness
1. Purchase artifacts (crosses, Buddha's, or plants) that are represent your spiritual wellness to decorate your space.
2. Commune in the places that align to your spiritual practice (church, nature, or home).
3. Participate in activities (bible study, yoga, or nature walks) that support your spiritual wellness.
Spiritual Wellness
1. Listen to wordless music as it will open up the space for your Spirituality to enhance (high vibrational).
2. Operate with intent in all that you do as that will align you with your purpose.
3. Step outside your comfort zone for growth.
