Each 2nd Saturday of the month the LIV You team does a fun activity for women to participate in.
Mental Wellness
1. Spend time outside (close to water if possible). Sunshine and fresh air aids the healing process (Mentally, spiritually, and physical).
2. Rearranging or refresh your furniture/decorations. This helps create renewed energy in your personal space.
3.Identify through personal research ways to connect with nature that works with who you are.
Physical Wellness
1. Finding directions - use the sun during the day and the stars at night.
2. Locating water - use your senses, sit still and quiet to listen for running water.
3. Predicting the weather - High - flying birds indicate good weather, while birds flying low to the ground can mean they sense the drop in barometric pressure the comes with an advancing storm.
Spiritual Wellness
1. Listen to the sound of nature with intent.
2. Speak with the trees, plants, and flowers of the earth.
3. Receive with the messages from earth's creatures.
