Each 2nd Saturday of the month the LIV You team does a fun activity for women to participate in.
Mental Wellness
1. Self-education/reading- identifying mental and spiritual connections helps with becoming more in tune with yourself (needs/desires).
2. Cooking/Juicing: Taking care of the physical body via nutrition.
3. Hiking/walking: creating physical movement, as well as mental and spiritual openness and clarity.
Physical Wellness
1. Start a garden.
2. Clean your neighborhood.
3. Eat more plant based foods.
Spiritual Wellness
1. Walk among the plants and trees of the earth.
2. Speak with your loved ones through nature.
3. Become in tuned with your mind, body, and spirit.
