
Welcome back after a 2 week hiatus! Following my own advice from last week's episode, I took a break to rest and realign with my true intention behind this podcast - which is to be real with the listeners.
So, in this week's episode I'm doing just that by getting real about life - how it can suck, but also isn't impossible to make it suck less. I'll be sharing my experience of life over the last few weeks, with the succession of illnesses I developed, university stress and mental battles, which forced me to slow down and realise how important it is to protect my peace. I hope this advice resonates with you when the going gets tough :)
