1: Set a goal (for instance, watch TV only one weeknight each week)
2: Use streaming services infrequently, and instead opt for DVDs from the library
3: Use a phone locker, like Zen Mode on OnePlus devices or the Forest app for Android or iOS (get Forest here: https://www.forestapp.cc/)
4: Move time-wasting apps to a different screen or the app drawer
5: Unfollow social media accounts you don't particularly enjoy
