The conversation also touched on the importance of self-care, community, and support in navigating the challenges of childbirth and loss and the role of a birth worker in providing education, empowerment, and postpartum support.About Sista KesharaKeshara is a birth worker, herbalist, Registered Nurse, and Returning Home, LLC founder from Baltimore, MD.
