not all students have work experience. Students, who are in their final years and are freshers to get in the market, what for them?  How can they create such an awareness in the minds of a recruiter?

The answer to this is volunteer experiences. During the 3-4 years time period of education, students get involved in a lot of cultural and educational activities. Activities such as College Fests, Educational Seminar, Cultural Communities, and much more. These events can help you show all the soft and complementary skills which you possess. A lot of the organizational and management skills needed for a work environment can be shown here. Leadership skills, Adaptability skills, and Collaboration skills are some of the examples of soft skills.
