We so often hear these clichés when getting career advice like, “follow your passion” or “do what feels right” and the classic, “get in with a company that is growing and ride the wave to the top.” Well, these cliches exist for a reason… Mark Heath joined a 20 unit chain in 1999 that was going to expand from Denver to Columbus, Ohio of all places. He believed in their mission, was willing to persevere through whatever came at him and built a great reputation along the way. That 20 unit, unknown chain is a company you may have heard of today… it’s the 3,000 unit, transformational concept to the restaurant business - Chipotle. Mark shares his personal journey of being an instrumental part of Chipotle’s success and I couldn’t be more excited to share our conversation with you now.
