Hungarian Grand Prix: McLaren Rivalry, Ferrari Fumble and Hamilton’s Confidence Crisis

In this episode, we recap a Hungarian Grand Prix where Lando Norris claimed his third win in four races after a fierce intra-team battle with Oscar Piastri. Despite a poor opening lap, Norris bounced back to secure McLaren’s 200th F1 victory, in a race that nearly saw the teammates collide.

We also dive into Ferrari’s shock pole position, Leclerc’s anger with strategy decisions, and the team's ongoing struggles converting poles into wins. Meanwhile, Lewis Hamilton slumped to 12th, labelling his own performance “useless” and even suggesting he should be replaced. Is this just frustration, or something deeper about his future in F1?

Elsewhere, Red Bull endured a quiet weekend with Max Verstappen only qualifying 9th and Yuki Tsunoda out in Q1 again.

Plus, we play the Rookie Game and tease next week’s mid-season stocktake episode.
