One big part of motivation is competency-- can you do the thing? In this case, it's can you get yourself to the gym and lift weights when you're there. In this series I'm leading you through finding the right gym for you, based on your needs, what to have before you start, and the process of what to do when you get there.

If you're new to lifting weights and feel nervous about what to do when you get there, you're not alone! This series will help you improve skills in getting to the gym, what to do when you get there, and continue to go even when it feels hard.
